Aapproach IT 247 (Private) Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Sri Lanka-based digital marketing agency providing Google Ads audits, PPC campaign management, and social media advertising services (including Meta Ads and other platforms) to clients globally, via ai247.pro.
2. Services
We offer:
- AI-Based Google Ads Audit — a one-time diagnostic service, delivered as a report with a prioritized action plan
- PPC Campaign Management — an ongoing monthly service managing paid ad campaigns on behalf of the client

3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services, you agree to provide:
- Accurate account information (Google Ads Account ID, and where applicable, GMC and GA4 access)
- Read-only access via Google Ads Manager (MCC) — we do not require or accept edit access for audits
- Timely responses to information requests needed to complete the service
4. Payments
- All payments are processed in USD through our payment gateway (PayHere), accepting major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and other supported methods
- Fees for the Audit service are due upfront before work begins
- Fees for Monthly Management are billed at the start of each billing cycle
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points include:
- A 24-hour full refund window before audit work begins
- No guaranteed refunds once analysis has started or after report delivery (discretionary partial refunds may apply — see Refund Policy)
- Monthly Management requires a minimum 1-year commitment; early exit requests are handled case-by-case
6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- Audit reports, recommendations, and deliverables are provided for your internal business use
- We treat all client account data and business information as confidential, and do not share it with third parties outside of delivering the service
- You retain ownership of your own account data, campaigns, and business information at all times
7. No Guarantee of Results
While we apply industry experience and AI-assisted analysis to maximize the value of our audits and management services, digital advertising performance is influenced by many factors outside our control (market conditions, competitor activity, platform policy changes, budget, industry seasonality). We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, conversion rates, or return on ad spend.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
9. Account Access & Security
You are responsible for granting and revoking access permissions to your ad accounts. We are not liable for actions taken by you or third parties on your account outside the scope of our engagement.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to decline or terminate service to any client, at our discretion, particularly in cases of abusive conduct, non-payment, or misuse of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If you are an individual consumer (rather than a business, charity, or organization) residing in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you’re entitled to under the laws of your country of residence. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and such mandatory consumer protection laws, the mandatory local law will apply to the extent required.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
