AI-Based Google Ads Audit

Find errors and improve ROI & ROAS

Why You Need an Audit — Even If Someone Already Manages Your Account

Already Have Someone Managing Your Ads? You Still Need This.

Having a dedicated person or agency manage your Google Ads account is a good thing — but it doesn’t replace the value of a periodic outside audit.

Anyone managing an account day-to-day naturally develops blind spots. Decisions made months ago get accepted as “how the account works,” small inefficiencies get overlooked because they’re familiar, and it becomes difficult to spot your own mistakes when you’re the one who made them.

A fresh, independent audit — from time to time — brings a different eye to the account. Not because your current manager isn’t doing their job, but because a second perspective, especially one built on AI-assisted pattern analysis, consistently surfaces issues that get missed in daily account management. Think of it the way a second medical opinion works: not a replacement for your regular doctor, just a valuable check from time to time.

This audit is designed exactly for that purpose — a periodic, independent check on your account’s health, whether you manage it yourself, have an in-house team, or work with an agency.

What AI Detects That Human Eyes Can’t

Why Some Audits Find Nothing — And Ours Finds Everything

1. Cross-Campaign Anomalies (Pattern Recognition)

Spots budget cannibalization, keyword overlap, and audience duplication across all campaigns at once — not just the one you’re looking at. Traditional audits review campaigns in isolation; AI maps relationships between all of them simultaneously, identifying where they compete against each other or split budget inefficiently.

2. Performance Degradation Signals (Timeline Analysis)

Reads weeks of data to pinpoint the exact date performance dropped, and correlates it with bid changes, algorithm updates, or seasonal shifts — showing exactly what changed and when, not just that something is wrong.

3. Ad Copy Gap Intelligence (Semantic Analysis)

Analyzes every headline and description combination across your entire account for messaging gaps, repeated USPs, and weak CTAs — something a human reviewer simply can’t do at scale across hundreds of ads.

4. Search Term Mining (Statistical Inference)

Processes every search term in your account — not just the first few hundred — identifying converting queries that haven’t been added as keywords, and terms quietly draining budget with zero return.

5. Quality Score Root Cause (Correlation Engine)

Traces low Quality Scores back to their actual cause — landing page mismatch, ad relevance, or expected CTR — rather than just flagging the score itself.

6. Industry Benchmark Comparison (Benchmarking)

Contextualizes your CPC, CTR, and conversion rate against verified industry benchmarks — so you know whether your numbers are actually a problem or already performing well.

The Deeper Layer — What No Human Auditor Reaches

7. Pmax Black Box Interpretation (Pmax Intelligence)

Decodes what Performance Max is actually spending on — asset group signals, search themes, audience overlap — giving you visibility Google’s native reporting doesn’t provide.

8. Auction-Time Pattern Detection (Auction Timing)

Surfaces hidden hourly and day-of-week conversion patterns across months of data — the specific time windows converting at multiple times your average, and the dead zones quietly burning budget.

9. Multi-Touch Attribution Modelling (Attribution Modelling)

Models true campaign contribution across Search, Shopping, Display, and Video — showing which campaigns assist a sale versus which just take last-click credit.

10. Prioritized Action Plan (Revenue Prioritization)

Every finding ranked by estimated revenue impact — so you know exactly what to fix first, not just what’s wrong.

11. Ad Signal Synthesizer

For every underperforming ad, generates specific, account-specific replacement headlines and descriptions — based on your actual search terms, landing pages, and competitor messaging.

FAQ

Q: Why is an AI audit so inexpensive compared to a regular agency audit?

A: It takes far less time. Our AI system is trained to analyze all major aspects of a Google Ads account — structure, bidding, keywords, Quality Score, ad copy, and more — and cross-analyze different segments in minutes, not hours. A traditional agency audit relies on a person manually reviewing reports one section at a time, which is why it typically takes longer and costs more. We’re passing that time saving directly on to you, not cutting corners on depth.

Q: Is this a fully automated, AI-only audit?

A: No. Our expert auditors personally review your ad account to identify the areas that need attention. It’s not a fully automated process — our auditors use AI as a tool for deeper analysis, not as a replacement for human judgment. You get the speed and pattern-detection ability of AI, combined with an experienced Google Ads professional deciding what actually matters for your account.

Q: Does my Google Ads account get connected to any AI application directly?

A: No. We download reports directly from your ad account and upload them into our own AI analysis system — your account is never connected to any external AI tool or third-party application. All we need from you is read-only access through Google Ads Manager (MCC). With read-only access, we can view your account data, but we cannot make any changes to your campaigns, budgets, or settings.

Q: How long does the audit take once I provide access?

A: Once we have read-only access to your account, most audits are completed within 2 business days, depending on account size and complexity. Larger accounts (closer to the $100,000/month tier) may take slightly longer to ensure a thorough review.

Q: Does this price include campaign optimization or implementing the fixes?

A: No — this price covers the audit report only. The audit tells you exactly what’s wrong and what to prioritize, but implementing those changes (restructuring campaigns, rewriting ads, adjusting bids, etc.) is a separate service. We can discuss optimization pricing after you’ve seen the audit results. The idea is simple: get the audit done first, see exactly what’s wrong, then decide if you want us to fix it.

Q: What do I need to provide to get started?

A: Your 10-digit Google Ads account ID, along with read-only access via Google Ads Manager (MCC). We’ll also need read-only access to Google Merchant Center (GMC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) if your account is linked to either. We’ll send the access request shortly after you order, and confirm once we’re ready to begin the audit.

Q: My account is close to the $10,000 or $100,000 threshold — which package should I choose?

A: Choose based on your actual monthly spend and campaign count at the time of the audit. If you’re unsure which tier fits, message us your approximate monthly budget and campaign count before ordering, and we’ll confirm the right package — or let you know if a custom quote makes more sense.

Q: What will be the price for an ad account spending around $1,000/month?

A: $99.

Q: Do you provide monthly-basis campaign management?

A: Yes, we do.

Q: Is my data kept confidential?

A: Yes. Your account data is used solely to produce your audit report and is not shared with any third party. Read-only access can also be revoked by you at any time, even after the audit is delivered.

Q: What if the audit finds that everything is already running well?

A: That’s a valuable outcome too — confirmation that your current setup is efficient is just as useful as finding problems, especially if you’ve been unsure whether your account (or your current manager/agency) is performing as well as it should be.
